Operating principles
This machine consists of three parts, including main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control cabinet. Its features
are compact in design, reasonable in structure. It has air choosing type and has no sieve or screen. Being installed grading
mechanism inside the machine, the crush and grading can be finished at the same time. When use negative pressure to
transport in the operation of crushing, the heat produced from the chamber will be removed continuous and its size of granule
can be adjusted. It can crush and grade many raw materials, such as chemical products, foodstuff, medicines, cosmetic,
dyestuff, resin, shell materials and so on. This machine has reached international advanced level.
Working principle
Material is fed into the crushing chamber through a screen conveyor, cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade and
conveyed to the cyclone separator, and the dust is filtered and recovered by dust collector through a bag. Having no dust flying
during production, it can improve utilization rate of the material and reduce the cost of enterprise.
